Winter Activities

It's been a while since my last post.  I'll make a New Year's resoluntion to keep on top of the blog.  Keep watching the blog for information about winter activities coming up for January and February.  Hope to have notes ready to go home next week.

Neepawa

Don't forget our outdoor ed. trip this Saturday to Neepawa.  We will be leaving at 9:30 and returning about 2:30.  Students need to dress to be outside, bring a bag lunch and water and a smile.  I am looking for one more adult to drive so if you are available and would like to join us, let me know!!

Cross country

Way to go Eagles on a great showing at Jackson's Lake. A special shout out to Matthew who took home the gold in jr. boys and Shalyssa who took home silver in jr. girls!

Golfing

The 6/7 class and 7/8 class went to MacGregor golf course today. A big thank you to the volunteers that helped make this happen as well as the golf course for allowing us to come!

Neepawa October 19th - Outdoor Ed.

Notes went home last week about our next outdoor ed. trip. We will be going to Neepawa to disc golf and geocache. We will leave at 9:30 and return by 2:30. Students will need a bag lunch. Bring notes back by Monday.

Soccer divisionals

We ended up with some great weather for soccer divisionals on Monday. Both teams played hard and looked awesome in the new jerseys. We were the sharpest looking team there!

Soccer Divisionals Date change!!!!

Soccer Divisionals have been changed to Wednesday, October 2nd! We will be leaving school at 11:45 on a bus and returning by 6:00.

Spruce Woods

Our first outdoor ed. trip was a success. The adults and kids both had a blast and cycled 16 km of hills. Way to go Eagles! The next outdoor ed. Trip will be to Neepawa on October 19th. We will be disc golfing and geocaching. Watch for notes to come home next week.

Spruce Woods

11 grade 6-8 students are off to Spruce Woods this Saturday to bike the Epinette. Looks like good weather for some sunshine and exercise. Don't forget to check your bike over, bring a helmet, lunch and water. See you at 9:30 at school!

New Eagles' Jerseys

APAC. Just bought our teams new jerseys for team sports. I can't wait for soccer to start to see the kids in them!
